Covid-19 updates for our Faith & Flyness Boutique Customers
Along with the safety of our team, our priority is to continue supporting online orders. We think that it’s especially important during these times to support our community however we can.
This is a difficult time for everyone and we’re working hard to adapt to this new reality so we’re not as quick to respond to chats and emails. However we will continue to share updates on this page, so check back often.
We are continuing to fulfill as much as we can at our West Palm Beach facility. However, there have been significant delays in getting supplies from our vendors. As a result, our production times are still taking a lot longer than usual.
We’re experiencing an increase in orders and newly registered customers due to the amount of users online shopping at this time. With the sudden nature of this crisis, we were not able to scale up adequately to prepare for the increase. With social distancing and shelter-at-home measures in place, it is a challenge to acquire new supplies from our vendors as quickly as we could under normal circumstances. So we are asking you all to please bear with us as we adjust to this new set of circumstances. Although fulfillment services are also experiencing delays, we’re looking for more vendors to work with to ensure we continue to meet your expectations for quality and service.
Shipping & Fulfillment Estimates
- Shirts are running slightly behind schedule and are now delivering approximately 3 weeks from the order date due to the availability of styles, sizes, and colors.
- Accessories are available for immediate shipping.
- Hats are custom embroidered and shipping within 7 business days.
- Mugs are shipping within 7 business days.
- Candles are available for immediate shipping.
- Aff-HER-mation cards are available for immediate shipping.
In summary, our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we’re seeing delays with our supply chain and shipping carriers. However, we are committed to doing our absolute best to ensure we continue to deliver the service and quality you have come to expect from Faith & Flyness.
